This complete model of the La-5F is available under Creative Commons license (CC-BY) (see creativecommons.org). It also contains a small texture of pilot's face, which comes from the original NaN collection. (I have preserved their inscription at its corner).

This file was prepared for Blender 2.81. All the necessary texture images are packed inside. One of them is a large (HDRI) enviroment map, provided by http://hdrmaps.com.
This La-5 was my first model, so I used it to test many various solutions. Because of these trials, it contained multiple materials and texture images. For example: there was a separate image for every cowling panel, and a dozen of textures for each of the main 15 parts of the airframe! Now I know, that it was unusual. Ultimately I created the proper materials when I was forced to do this, in Blender 2.80.
You can find these strange materials and textures in the older versions, which used so-called "Blender Internal" renderer:
Here you can download an older version tested in Blender 2.79 (11MB), in 2015. All images are packed inside.
Here you can download an older version tested in Blender 2.46 (19MB), in 2008 (some corrections were required). It contains a directory with two background pictures, and the Blender model. All the texture images are packed inside.
